BreastScreen Australia ProgramTo contact BreastScreen Australia, please call 13 20 50. This phone service will connect you to your nearest service for the cost of a local call. The staff will be able to update your address details, book an appointment and answer any queries you may have.
National Cervical Screening ProgramIf you would like to find out more about the National Cervical Screening Program and understand how the program works, please visit the National Cervical Screening Program website or phone 13 15 56.
The Program is supported by a National Cancer Screening Register (the Register). If you would like to update your contact details you can call the Register's contact centre 1800 627 701 or visit the Register website.
National Bowel Cancer Screening Program
The Program is being expanded and when fully implemented all Australians aged between 50 and 74 years will be invited to screen every two years. If you would like to find out more about the National Bowel Screening Program and understand how the program works, please visit the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program website or call the Contact Centre Helpline on 1800 118 868.
To find out when you will receive your free kit, you can use the eligibility tool or call the Program Contact Centre on 1800 118 868. If you are not currently eligible to participate and have any concerns or questions about bowel cancer you are encouraged to discuss these with your doctor as they are best placed to advise and support you based on your medical history, current treatments and other bowel screening kits available to the general public.
Requests for test results
If you have recently posted your completed bowel screening test and have not received your results in the mail, you or your doctor can call the Sonic Healthcare Helpline on 1800 930 998 to receive your results over the phone.
