Important message about cancer screening during COVID-19 pandemic
The Department of Health is closely monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the national cancer screening programs. We are taking advice from our clinical expert advisory groups on how best to manage each program as the pandemic continues, and will update this website as information becomes available.
For updates on the status of each program and how you may be affected, check the Breast, Bowel and Cervical screening program pages. For further information on COVID-19, visit the Department of Health website or call the COVID-19 hotline on 1800 020 080.
Read the Cancer Council NSW reports on the impact of COVID-19 on our cancer screening programs on our new website.
