Important message about cancer screening during COVID-19 pandemic
The Department of Health is closely monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the national cancer screening programs. We are taking advice from our clinical expert advisory groups on how best to manage each program as the pandemic continues, and will update this website as information becomes available.

Review of the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program
The Department of Health has commenced a review of the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program. Consultations will commence in October 2020 and include the opportunity for public submissions. More information will be published shortly.
